AI-NATIVE AGENCY FOR TRAVEL STARTUPS

Organic traffic
for travel startups

I'm Aleks, an active travel affiliate. For over ten years I've built sites that sell flight tickets, car rentals, ferry crossings and attraction passes. I know which semantics convert, which is why I don't touch informational traffic. I help travel startups capture organic search traffic from Google, worldwide.

What I do in travel

I build satellite networks that capture commercial search traffic from Google and monetise it through affiliate programmes. Wins and losses over the years have shaped my judgment and pattern recognition. Daily work with neural networks and AI agents has automated the approach and freed me from routine. Which is why I'm ready to take on SEO promotion for a few travel services on a long-term basis.

01

Satellite networks

Single-page, multi-page and multilingual sites built around a specific service or attraction. A few multilingual hubs plus single-language landings for priority languages. Anti-footprint approach: different classes, styles, fonts and colours on every site.

02

Content

Semantic SEO drives every article. Visual content, 2D animation, tables, lists, bullets and histograms - no walls of text. Informational and commercial intent are split across separate landing pages, on purpose.

03

Performance dashboard

I built one panel for the whole network. Which sites are growing, who needs links, where to refresh content, who's still in the sandbox. A clear action plan instead of jumping between Search Console accounts. The dashboard keeps evolving as I connect more APIs.

Verticals I specialise in

My core focus: attraction tickets, ferries, car rentals and transfers. I've also worked on tours and excursions, insurance, flights, rail and bus tickets. I know the main commercial queries and category leaders for most priority languages.

Flight tickets

Price aggregators, route landing pages, low-cost carrier comparisons. High commercial intent that requires fresh price data.

AviaSales SkyScanner

Ferry routes

Inter-island and short-sea crossings, with vehicles and pets aboard. Seasonal demand with strong weekend peaks.

Omio DirectFerries

Car rentals

Airport pickup and city centre delivery. No deposit, no credit card needed. Real demand for specific vehicle categories.

LocalRent DiscoverCars

Attraction tickets

Skip-the-line entry to museums and theme parks. High multilingual demand during summer season.

GetYourGuide Tiqets

Advantages of working with me on SEO

I work as a single contractor: strategy, copywriting, design, technical build and analytics - everything under one roof. No need to assemble a team of freelancers and supervise the handoffs between them. What's not included: external link-building budget - backlinks are billed separately, and only when the campaign genuinely requires them.

The shape of the first month

No long approvals, no presentation theatre. Four weeks, four concrete outcomes. If sites aren't indexed by week two, you'll know exactly why before you have to ask. The goal of month one is to get the first real clicks on commercial pages - everything else is preparation for that.

Week 1

Brief and setup

One 60-minute call. Semantics, geography, offers, domain budget. Domains acquired, templates deployed, anti-footprint matrix built, Search Console connected.

Week 2

Network indexed

First batch live and indexed. Sitemaps submitted, Search Console listening, first keywords starting to surface.

Week 3

First impressions

Sites appear in SERPs on long-tail queries. The dashboard records first impressions. Titles and H1s tuned to what's actually getting attention.

Week 4

First clicks

Visitors arrive on commercial pages. Conversion tracking active. Second wave of sites already in production.

The performance dashboard

Every Monday you open a single URL and see the entire network at once - which sites are growing, which need attention, which are ready for the next push. No PDFs, no slides, no weekly status call. The dashboard pulls live data from Google Search Console, segments it by language, niche and account, and turns it into a list of decisions for the week.

This is the same tool I use to run my own affiliate work. Clients get exactly what I rely on day to day - not a watered-down client view.

How a satellite actually works

Each satellite is a small, focused site that answers one commercial query in one place. The visitor arrives from Google, finds a page that matches what they searched for, compares two or three partner offers and clicks through to the booking. No funnel, no email capture, no four-step quiz - just the shortest path between intent and conversion.

Partner programmes I work with daily

These are the affiliate partners that handle the actual bookings. I integrate their widgets, manage their tracking links, and know which ones convert best in which geo. Screenshots from my own dashboards in each programme show real performance - not stock numbers.

Who I work with

Two profiles where this approach earns its keep. If you don't fit either of them, say so on the call and we'll figure out whether it makes sense.

Profile 01

Travel brands and services

You have an established service or a young product looking for qualified buyers. Your in-house team builds the core, your roadmap is long. I build the satellite layer around it: extra traffic, new offers, and a sandbox for testing what works before it goes mainstream.

Profile 02

Local operators going regional

Strong on the ground, invisible online outside your home market. I bring commercial-intent traffic to your booking page or call line through niche satellites tuned to each geo you want to enter.

Adjacent niches I'm open to: real estate, study abroad, relocation. Hard no on finance, crypto, medicine, gambling - not my zone of expertise.

The team

One human runs strategy and client work. Four AI agents handle the volume.

Strategy & Architecture

Operations & Monitoring

Runs the daily plumbing: competitor parsing, position tracking, affiliate price refresh, sitemap generation, index pings, GSC data pulls. Three shifts, no weekends. The dashboard you see on the site is fed by him.

Everything that moves: hero animations, animated route maps, scroll effects, short YouTube previews, GIF assets for partner programmes. Owns the timeline, the easing curves and the render pipeline.

Everything that stands still: palette, typography, logos, favicons, static icons, hero compositions, photography selection. The reason every site in the network looks like a separate brand.

Questions from recent calls

Real questions clients and prospects have asked. If yours isn't here, just send it on Telegram.

M
Marta, Lisbon Question
We're a small car rental company in Portugal. What's the starting budget and what does it actually include?
A
Aleks Reply
From three thousand euros per month. That covers domains, content writing, graphics, technical setup and the performance dashboard. The only line billed separately is external link building, and only when the campaign needs it. For a local car rental in Portugal we'd typically start with ten to twenty satellite pages targeting your Tier-1 cities and airports.
D
David, Tel Aviv Question
Aren't site networks a grey-hat tactic? Will Google penalise us?
A
Aleks Reply
Networks are a known approach in any niche where someone has tried to outmanoeuvre search. The difference in travel is that quality satellites earn rankings faster because the user intent is genuinely commercial and the destinations are physically real. I only build white-hat sites with unique anti-footprint matrices - different colours, fonts, copy patterns on each site. No PBN, no scraped content.
S
Sofia, Madrid Question
Our marketing team already runs SEO on the main site. How does your work not step on theirs?
A
Aleks Reply
It doesn't, by design. Satellites target long-tail and niche queries your main site would never be optimised for - very specific geo combos, very specific service variations. The visitor still ends up on your booking page or call line. Your in-house team builds depth on the core, I build width around it.
T
Tom, Amsterdam Question
Which languages can you actually cover? We sell across DACH, Benelux and Iberia.
A
Aleks Reply
I know the commercial semantics for English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian and Dutch. Others are available on request through native speakers. Every page is reviewed by a native before it goes live - I never publish raw machine-translated text in a production language.
N
Nicolas, Paris Question
What happens if we want to stop after a few months?
A
Aleks Reply
Minimum commitment is three months, long enough to see results take shape. After that it's month to month. All domains, Search Console access and content stay with you. No lock-in contracts, no exit fees, no buyback of your own assets.
E
Elena, Athens Question
How many sites do we actually need?
A
Aleks Reply
It's the wrong question to start with. The right one is how much qualified traffic you need and where. Some campaigns work on ten focused sites; others need fifty. We figure out the right scale on the brief once I see your offers, geography and ambition.
